Apartment prices from 4 January to 31 March and 1 November to 22 December 2012 are as follows:

	1 Bedroom for 2 with balcony	GBP100

	1 Double 1 Single 1 Bath for 3	GBP130

	2 Double 2 Bathroom for 4	GBP150

	1 King 1 Double 2 Bathroom for 4	GBP160

	2 King 2 Bathroom for 4	GBP170

All two-bedroom apartments feature a balcony.

There is a single sofabed for 1 person in every apartment. Bedding for the sofabed must be requested when booking.

These rates are per apartment per night and include all service charges and taxes.

The minimum length of any stay is 3 nights.

All apartments include as standard:

	Large (min 32") LCD TV with Freeview

	DVD player

	Free wireless internet

	Washer / Dryer Machine

	Iron & Ironing Board

All apartments are strictly non-smoking, but most apartments feature a balcony where smoking is permitted.

For babies or infants a cot and high chair can be provided on request.

We ask for a deposit equivalent to 3 nights stay. Our cancellation policy is 7 days notice of cancellation to receive a refund, less a handling charge of 5% of the deposit.
